If you're just getting into the workouts, or are interested and want to know the basics of CrossFit, you can't miss the On-Ramp class. On-Ramp class teaches the basic concepts, movements and nutrition which underpin all CrossFit training. Teaching these movements takes one four-hour class and will prepare you to safely complete the Iron Major CrossFit workout of the day (WOD). The class is done in small groups which enables detailed individual coaching. There is no obligation from completing these classes. More details are available via the "Start Here" tab above.

The On-Ramp course was a great way to get introduced with Cross Fit technique and exercises. It also helped with getting connected to the people who are actively involved at the bubble gym. There are some really nice folks who are willing to give up their time to answer any questions that you may have and they are so enthusiastic about what they do and love to share. I definitely recommend the On-Ramp course if you want to try something new and challenging.

I have attended several On-Ramps. It's great for being introduced to the fundamentals of Crossfit, it's a great place to be introduced with the Fort Leavenworth Crossfit community (coaches, trainers, and athletes), and it's a great refresher course for those who have been out of the game for a while. I highly recommend the Iron Major Crossfit On-Ramp!
