3 mile tempo...</title><content type='html'>Suckfest today: &lt;br /&gt;1 mi warm up at 8:15&lt;br /&gt;3 mile tempo workout at 7:45/mi&lt;br /&gt;1/2 mile cooldown&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then Kermitron with 65# for 1.5 rounds, then had to go down to 55# because I was destroyed already.
