Spiderman “back”
PVC pass throughs
2 rounds not for time
15 Air squats
15 AbMat Sit ups
10 Pushups
10 GHD hip extensions
5 Pull ups
5 mins work up to load and or practice movement


10 minute AMRAP: Turkish Get Ups (53/35)

Rest 5 minutes

Maximum 1-arm kettlebell swings in 5 minutes
Switch hands as much as you like. Men use 53lb, women use 35lb bell
