Rest, mobilize, play, do skill work. Whatever you do, keep it light.  Have a look at Workout 18.3 (released at 7 p.m., CST), which is what we will do tomorrow.  Practice and mobilize for the movements.

If you aren’t doing the Open competition, do 5 rounds of row 500m, rest 1 minute between rounds.  You can find this workout on the rower under Standard Workouts.
