Rest, mobilize, play, do skill work. Whatever you do, keep it light.  Have a look at Workout 18.4, which is what we will do tomorrow.  Practice and mobilize for the movements.

If you are not participating in the Open, do a 9 minute EMOM of wall ball shots. Every minute on the minute do 10 wall ball shots.
