For time:
Swim 10 x 50 yards

Yes, I said “for time,” but as with all GPP WODS that doesn’t mean all out 100% effort every attempt.  Shoot for the best time you can manage with good form and breathing.  Most of us don’t do a lot of swimming which classifies this as an “inefficient activity” in the words of Coach Dan John. The relative intensity in striving for good form (trying not to drown) will be sufficient.
