Warmup

100 Single unders/50 Double unders
Inchworm “out”
Spiderman “back”
PVC pass throughs
Then
2 rounds not for time
10-12 Air squats
8-10 Hand release pushups
Then, as a group:
3-5 mins dumbbell snatch practice/progress to working load

WOD

“18.Zero”

For time:
21-15-9
Dumbbell Snatch (A single 50/35 lb dumbbell, alternate arm each rep)
Burpees, jumping over the dumbbell (laterally)

Use this workout as a chance to practice for the Open. Choose a weight that allows you to push the pace and challenge your metabolic capacity. Beginners can also reduce the reps (e.g. 15, 10, 5) in order to maintain intensity.
