PVC pass throughs
2 rounds not for time
10 PVC Overhead Squats
10 Pushups
10 GHD hip extensions
5 Pullups
3xBurgener Snatch warm-up (PVC and or empty barbell as desired)


Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Work up to a heavy single. Form dictates weight. Make small jumps in weight.
