10 Walking lunges with Samson stretch

WOD

Pull ups by the numbers

This is a progressive scheme in which you do pull ups on the minute with a running clock.  At 3-2-1-Go! do 1 pull up.  On the next minute do 2 pull ups, and so on adding one rep each minute until you cannot complete the next set in the remaining minute.

10 + 9. That did not go as far as I had anticipated! I'm on the road at a weird gym (funny how everything seems weird after the bubble) surrounded by people doing weird things. Cannot wait to get back. Anyway, being on the road is a good test of food, sleep, and hydration discipline. I was a fail at hydration. Lots of coffee, though!
