Get acquainted with the glute-ham developer and reverse hyper. Get with a trainer and explore your range of motion doing GHD extensions and sit ups.  Learn how to work the reverse hyper. It is one of the best lower back rehab pieces of equipment out there, and we are fortunate to have one. It will feel good after yesterday’s deadlifts.
