Warmup

Rest, play, and mobilize.

WOD

Do some ground work, i.e. practice crawling (high, low, bear, crab, etc.).  Roll around on the ground, do some tumbling (remember somersaults?).  Try a cartwheel, spin around in one direction then the other, you know, play!

I did somersaults, cartwheels and handstands to front rolls. That was more fun than I have had in the gym in a long time!
