5 minutes of Wall Ball (No equipment: Run)
4 minutes of rowing (calories) (No equipment: Situps)
3 minutes of burpees
2 minutes of double unders (No equipment: Jumping jacks)
1 minute of eye-level kettlebell swings (53/35lb) (No equipment: Plank)
There is no rest between exercises.
