10-12 DB/KB Shoulder press
10-12 Walking lunges


Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
75-lb. sumo deadlift high-pulls, 9 reps
6 single-leg squats (pistols), alternating
3 handstand push-ups

Thanks for sharing the workout routine with us. I think I will be following this plan now since my previous one is getting old and is not that difficult for me anymore too.
