Warmup

Jog 400m
Then 
25m (high knees, forward skipping, donkey kicks, back pedal, Frankensteins, etc)
Then
Static stretching as needed

WOD

6 Rounds for time:
Run 400 meters

We can’t abandon running just because it is cold.  Warm up well, coat your throat with a lozenge, and put on some chapstick.  If you just can’t get outdoors, find a treadmill.
