High knees out
Butt-kicks back
Side shuffle out
Karaoke back

WOD

Turkey Trot!
Toss the turkey in the oven, then Run 3 miles.
Oh, and do five burpees at 5 minutes, 10 at 10 minutes, 15 at 15 minutes, and so on, adding 5 burpees every five minutes.
