Overhead Squats
5-5-5

The key to overhead squats is core stability and strength, and mobility.  Shoulders, hips, knees and ankles all need to be warmed up and capable of good range of motion.  Pass throughs, deep goblet squats, and light Turkish get-ups are good warm-up choices.
