Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Forgot my watch, so guessed and did 8x 400s. Pull-ups (strict) 15,10,8,6,6,5,5,4

Nice effort, Ben.
I got six 400's in, and 70 pull ups. I did 12 for all sets, 10 on the last set. Stopped for evening colors, a welcome reflection pause!
