*Meet at the track*


Jog 400m
In 25m intervals:
- high knees out
- butt kicks back
- karaoke out
- lunges back
static stretching as needed


Run 8 x 200 meters.

Practice good form: Run “tall,” keep your foot strike under your center of mass, practice faster turnover.  Focus on your breath, and run each repetition at 80-85% exertion.
