*Meet at the track*

Warmup

Jog 400m
Then
25m (high knees, Frankensteins, donkey kicks, forward skipping, backward skipping, forward sprint, and backpedal)
And/Or 
As desired

WOD

Six repetitions, each for time:
Run 300 meters.  
That’s ¾ of a lap on the track.
Practice good form: Run “tall,” keep your foot strike under your center of mass, practice faster turnover.  Focus on your breath, and run each repetition at 80-85% exertion.
