Shoulder and trunk rotations

WOD

For time:
Two person ½ mile swim relay, each person swimming 50 yards (one lap) at a time.  That’s 17.5 laps of the Harney pool.

Note for Monday: We will be doing a memorial WOD on 9/11.  It will take some time, so rest well this weekend and be prepared for a longer WOD (35-45minutes).
