10 Arm Scissors (swing front and behind)
Then
3-5 Pull ups at low intensity

WOD

Run 3 miles
100 AbMat sit ups

25:17 run, I went through the parking lot so I think it was accidentally a little short. 10 strict pull-ups, 10 jumping
