Front Squat. 3-3-3

For the clean and jerk, work up to a heavy-ish single, no more than 80% of your one-rep max.
For the front squats, start with 80% of your heaviest clean.

135, 145, 155 x 6
Stopped myself at 155 because the dip/drive and foot work were less than crisp.

Kept it light today and worked on split jerk form. I think I topped out at 70#. Front squat- 85-105-and only 2 at 125 because I was dipping forward too much.

Did cleans at 55# and worked on form. Added the jerk for the last couple.
