WOD

Deadlift: 5-5-5-5-5

Do these as sets-across, i.e., work up to a working weight that is around 80% of your one rep max, and use that weight for all five sets.

Remember: You don't get big and strong from lifting weights – you get big and strong from recovering from lifting weights. Don't fail to pay attention to this, or this workout will murder the rest of the week.
