Warmup

- Jump rope for 2-3 minutes
- PVC pass-throughs

Then
2 Rounds NFT of:
- 16 Kettlebell Swings
- 4-8 Pull-ups
- 8-16 Push-Ups

Then
- Goblet squat and hold, accumulate 1-2 minutes

WOD

With a 20 minute running clock, perform as many Turkish Get-ups as possible in eight minutes (53/35lb), followed immediately by as many Wallballs in six minutes, as many double-unders as possible in four minutes, and as many pull-ups as possible in two minutes.
