Then
- 12-14 Air squats

20 Minute AMRAP:

“Cindy,” 5 pull ups, 10 pushups, 15 squats
Or
“Mary,” 5 HSPU, 10 pistols, 15 pull ups

I brought my son in at lunch to do Cindy WOD. Lost track of our rounds! I think it was 14 +2 but that may be generous! Before we got to the bubble I explained the workout and he said "that's it" ��. He was pretty beat.
