- Inchworm “out”
- Spiderman “back”

- PVC pass throughs
Then
2 rounds not for time
- 10-12 OHS (PVC)
- 8-10 Pull-ups
Then
- Goblet squat (accumulate 2 mins in bottom)

WOD

- 8 minute EMOM: 8 Toes to bar
- Followed by: Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5

Welcome Wendy ! 155 5x5 across 2 mins rest between sets then 3x5 strict hollow body pull-ups

After the 8 min EMOM - unbroken thru 6 mins partitioned the last two rounds

I did kipping T2B the first couple rounds but had to scale after. I stayed light on the squats, stopping at 105# Focused on form.
