Then
- 25m of high knees, donkey kicks, forward skipping, side skipping, backward skipping, back pedal, and forward sprint
Then
- 5 mins static stretching as desired

WOD
- Run 6 x 400 meters
- Run hard. Rest 4 minutes between efforts.
