3-4 mins jump rope
Inchworm “out”
Spiderman “back”
PVC pass throughs
Then 2 rounds not for time of
3 Pull ups
6 PVC/Empty bar Overhead squats
9 Box step ups/jumps
12 Sit ups


WOD 
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 75/45-lb. overhead squats
15 box jumps
20 sit ups
