Monday 2017.05.29 - Memorial Day Murph

For time:
- Run 1 mile
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 squats
- Run 1 mile
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups and squats as needed. Start and finish with a 1-mile run. If you have a 20-lb. vest or body armor, wear it.

53:56. Great group this morning. Special recognition goes out to all our departing members and families. Fair winds and following seas to all of you. Congratulations to Bill Murray who led our 0630 group all year, graduated from SAMS, and shaved 14 minutes from his Murph time.
