Inchworm “out”
Spiderman “back”
PVC pass throughs
Then
2 rounds not for time
10-12 push-ups
20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
Then
5-7 minutes individual focus (improve upright torso and front rack positions as needed)


WOD
6-9-12-9-6 reps for time of:
- Burpees over the bar
- 135/85-lb. front squats
