Huge slice humble pie. Completed in 30 min mostly with side stroke.

Didn't pay close attention to the clock except for the rest periods. I think we were around 45" per lap

I swam. I think. Finally got technique down on the final lap. More swimming practice is in my future....

I got through 20 laps, whether it was classified as swimming or not remains in question. I just live for gold stars for posting!

Paddled up and down repeatedly flailing like a toddler for about 30 minutes. I did put my face in the water more than usual. Sara was a great lane buddy!

!0 laps, from 50-55 secs each. Crawl for each lap. Great work everyone, it's more fun when it's pool party!

500m at 20 mins - combination of freestyle, backstroke, and side stroke. Need to continue to improve breathing technique!
