Warm Up
- Warm up with some rope jumping (singles), and a 1K row.

Main WOD

10 Minutes of Turkish Get-Ups, followed by:

- 30 Wallball (20/14) 10’ target, 90 Double –unders
- 20 Wallball (20/14) 10’ target, 60 Double -unders
- 10 Wallball (20/14) 10’ target, 30 Double -unders

Mobility WOD
- Couch stretch; 3x with 2 minutes each side
