Main WOD
Deadlift: 5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5 

Mobility WOD
- Foam Roller

Main WOD
- Keep your lumbar curve locked in throughout the pull.  Pick a weight you can complete without releasing the bar during the set.  Increase weights each set if possible.

Mobility WOD
- Spend 10 minutes hitting any tight spots from this week.
