Warm Up
- 3 sets of 15 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD
Press

Follow with 180m Farmer’s carry. Grab 2 heavy kettelbells or dumbells and make 6 traverses of the bubble (up and back). Rest at each length of the bubble.
