Warm Up
- 3 sets of 15 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD
7 Minute EMOM:
- 3 Touch and Go Snatches (95/65).

Follow with 3 x 3 paused Front Squats (3 count pause at the bottom)

Coach's Notes. Normal start times of 0530, 0630, and 0800. Warm up prior and be ready to 3, 2, 1...Go!

Main WOD
- Work on form, balance, and speed through the middle.

Strong showing for the 0630 group. Most men were around 75lbs and women at 55 lbs.
Don't rush to failure....ensure you progress through a few drills before getting to it.
