Warm Up
- 3 sets of 15 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD
5 RFT:
- 30 Double Unders
- 20 Push Ups
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)

Main WOD
- Chest to ground on the pushups.  Step downs are authorized.
