Warm Up
- 3 sets of 15 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)
- Bergener Warm up

Main WOD
- 3-3-3
- 2-2-2-2-2

Coach's Notes. Normal start times of 0530, 0630, and 0800. Warm up prior and be ready to 3, 2, 1...Go!

Main WOD
- Ensure good set up when approaching the bar.  Shoulders should be slightly in front of the bar with your lumbar curve locked in.

I did 20 snatches at one every five seconds with 95lbs, then 50 push presses with 95, followed by 100 KB snatches at 35lb. Just felt like getting some volume.
