Warm Up
- 3 sets of 15 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD
10 Minute AMRAP
- 15 Squats
- 10 Push Press (95/75)

Coach's Notes. Normal start times of 0530, 0630, and 0800. Warm up prior and be ready to 3, 2, 1...Go!

Main WOD
- Full depth on the squats.  Scale if needed on the push press.

Low numbers for morning classes this week. I'm going to workout at 0800 if anyone is interested.
Ashley Goldman will be coaching the 0630 for two weeks starting next Monday. I'll be back on 05 April, when I get back from my exchange.
