Warm Up
- Jog to the track
- 3 sets of 15 each exercise (pushups, air squats)

Main WOD
Run 6 x 400 Meters

Coach's Notes. Normal start times of 0530, 0630, and 0800. Warm up prior and be ready to 3, 2, 1...Go!

Main WOD
- Keep good form throughout the lap.  Rest 2x the amount it took you to run a lap.  Bring a watch.
