Warm Up
- 3 sets of 15 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD
Overhead Squats
- 10 – 10 – 10

Main WOD
- Ensure active shoulders on the OHS and hip crease below the knee.  Keep your core tight or the lift will fail.
