Warm Up
- 3 sets of 15 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD

12 Minute AMRAP

From a standing start, do a triple jump (taking off and landing on both feet), then a burpee. Repeat as many times as you can in 12 minutes.

It wouldn’t be a leap year without some leaping!
