Warm Up
- 3 sets of 10 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD
With a 15 minute running clock, perform as many Turkish Get-ups as possible in eight minutes, followed immediately by as many double-unders as possible in five minutes, followed immediately by as many pull ups possible in two minutes.

TGU started at 26lbs failed on 3 so went to 20lbs--lost count...between focusing and whatever...jejeje
