Warm Up
- 3 sets of 10 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD
In 10 minutes complete as many rounds possible of

- 10 GHD sit ups
- 10 Walking lunges
- 10 push ups

Post loads and results to www.ironmajorcrossfit.com.

Coach's Notes. Normal start times of 0530, 0630, and 0800. Warm up prior and be ready to 3, 2, 1...Go!

Main WOD
- Knee to the ground on each lunge.  Chest touches the ground on each pushup.

8 rounds. Did lunges with a 35lb plate.

8 rds even, then 3x8 split jerks at 85#......60% of max.
