Warm Up
- 3 sets of 10 each exercise (GHD Sit ups, pushups, pullups, air squats)

Main WOD
“Prison” Workout:

- Burpees in descending sets of 20-19-18, all the way down to 3-2-1.
- Walk to the other end of the “yard” between sets (40 meters)

Mobility WOD
- Banded chest stretch and shoulder distraction

Coach's Notes. Normal start times of 0530, 0630, and 0800. Warm up prior and be ready to 3, 2, 1...Go!

Main WOD
- Pick a good pace and try to keep it through each set. 

Mobility WOD
Hold each stretch each side for 2 minutes.
