Warm Up
- Jog to the track

Main WOD
“Griff”

For time:
- Run 800m forward, 400m backward, 800m forward, 400m backward.

Mobility WOD
- Calf Stretch

Coach's Notes. Normal start times of 0530, 0630, and 0800. Warm up prior and be ready to 3, 2, 1...Go!

- Focus on good form throughout the run.   

Mobility WOD
Hold each stretch each side for 2 minutes.

Depending on where you are today running may be, well, not fun. There's an old saying that goes "There is no bad weather, only poor preparation." So if you're up for it, bundle up and get after it. Other options include rowing (don't try this backward) or a strength workout, like deadlifts, squats, etc. We could all use more strength.
