Warm Up
- 400m jog
- Dynamic stretching

Main WOD
- Accumulate 5 minutes in a push up plank position

4 Rounds for Time: 
- Run 400m
- 50 squats

Mobility WOD
- Hamstring and calf stretch

- It’s only one mile, right? Warm up with some light jogging and mobility work.

Mobility WOD
Spend two minutes stretching each leg focusing on both your hamstrings and your calfs.
