On-Ramp this Saturday!!!

HEY!!! If you're just getting into the workouts, or are interested and want to know the basics of CrossFit, you can't miss the On-Ramp class. The next class will be held in 06 December 2014 from 0830-1230 in the Harney Bubble Gym.

What is it? On-Ramp classes teach the basic concepts, movements and nutrition which underpin all CrossFit training. Teaching these movements takes one four-hour class and will prepare you to safely complete the Iron Major CrossFit workout of the day (WOD). The classes are done in small groups which enables detailed individual coaching. There is no obligation from completing these classes.

Not just for "newbies." On-Ramp allows all athletes, new or seasoned, to refocus on the fundamentals. Range of motion and proper technique are the foundation for improving physical performance.

Coaches Clinics at 1600 CST on Tuesday and Thursday. If you are new CF L1 Trainer, or hoping to be, this is a great opportunity to hone your coaching skills.
