Active Rest Day for 14.5 tomorrow!
If there is one movement that you are dreading for 14.5 (thrusters anyone?) then practice that thing today.  Mobilize for it, get your body through the full range of motion and throw that weight around like you own it.  Perfect your mechanics today so tonight when you watch the live 14.5 announcement you can say with confidence that you are ready for that movement.

If not resting:
Toy with shallow water blackout by swimming 15 laps for time.
