1) Perform as many reps as possible in 12:00 of:
        Alternating Lunges (Walking or stationary)
        EMOM: 6 x V-Ups (including 0:00)
     Score is # of lunge pairs completed (L+R = 1)

2) Then, if you have a place to do 'em:
     Max effort strict Pull-ups
