Quick one to get you back to playing with your new toys!  

5 rounds, not for time (rest as needed between efforts):
   Max effort L-sit hold
   15 Supermans

Then...10 mins to establish:
   Max effort free handstand hold
  • If your max effort is under 10s, make sure you get at least 15 tries/kick-ups in.
